Today Steve and I taste my Chocolate Pumpkin Mead. This is the 1st tasting of this mead.
Recipe
1.75 LBS Honey
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 Cup Can Pumpkin
1 TBS Cacao Nibs
⅛ tsp pumpkin spice
Fleischmanns RapidRise Yeast
Water to 1 gal
1.25 LBS Honey secondary
