Home Brewing Beer 201: Part 1 – Prepping & sparging grains – creating wort

In this episode of BrewFanatics TV, Josh and Dave decide to make 2 single gallon batches of the same Irish Red Ale recipe in order to see how changing the mash temperature changes the final outcome of the beer. Check out the BrewFanatics “Brew Log” and see what changes they started seeing just after the fermentation.
