Hey Larry I watched your videos and it looks like you just making this from scratch I'm new at this I'm trying to get the just of it…. it doesn't look like you're adding any kind of sugar and it doesn't look like you're adding that syrup stuff to it . I'm looking for just a good lager like Bud … Thanks for making the awesome videos.

Hi Larry, have a question about second fermentation, head space in the carboy and the oxidation. I did the transfer to primary to secondary. So I put a 17 liters to a 23 liters carboy. I heard about if we have to much headspace and the carboy, the beer can make oxidation. Did you have tips about that? It is a reel issue for a small days fermentation? If I want to do a 14 days the second fermenter, it is a issue? I appreciate your input, tx!

Hi, i did my first all grain yesterday! Yahoo! My question is, i'm using a air lock double bubble for fermenting. It is normal if the star san solution go out of the air lock sometime? Do you know if normally people have to fill up after days? Can we fill up a air lock during fermentation? Tx for you time Larry!

I use air from scuba tanks. You need a tank, first stage regulator a sanitized hose and aeration stone.

  10. Great video outlining the basics – also nice playlist. Good question about this for anyone planning on buying oxygen canisters: how long does a can last?
