HOW TO MAKE A ROOT BEER FLOAT PIE



“A Drink In A Pie Form”. Picture a glass of ice cold Root Beer soda with a scoop of vanilla ice cream in it….some whipped cream and a cherry on top! That’s what this cool and refreshing pie tastes like. A perfect summertime dessert that you can make the night before and have all ready the next day for your family and guests. You will honestly think you are having a nostalgic Root Beer Float. Try it…it’s easy to make and I think you will enjoy it!

Ingredients:

Crust:
25 Golden Oreos, pulsed to a fine crumb
4 tbs. unsalted butter – melted

Filling:
1 (4 serving) package of instant vanilla pudding
1 cup of Root Beer soda- a good quality one
1/4 cup whole milk
2 tsp. root beer concentrate
8 oz. Cool Whip
*Extra Cool Whip of whipped cream to garnish the top
