making cherry beer and raspberry beer – part one



Starting with brewing a blonde ale with a Belgian ale yeast, I use frozen raspberries to make a raspberry beer and frozen morello cherries to make a cherry beer.

For 18 litres:
2kg extra light dry malt extract
100g aromatic malt
30g perle hops
Belgian ale yeast
1.4kg frozen raspberries
1.4kg frozen morello cherries
