  7. Man it's weird seeing it done in such an old school way. I live next to a maple syrup farm up here in Canada and the setup is so efficient it's great. For most of the trees they're planted on a hill and they just have plastic tubes all hooked together running all the way down to the boiling room/house thing. Of course not the whole farm is setup like this but it cuts down the work load a lot where it is.

    In Canada you make buy a carton for about 10 dollars, what in Europe would be 27. Also, a lot of Europe's maple syrup is apple syrup or other kind of syrup.
