3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
2 cups ketchup

Well, it took me all afternoon to watch this… I had to wescue a wascawy wabbit, and take the fam to a new kick-ash BBQ restaurant, but finally I got to see it… And I'm NOT disappointed!😀
As always, an excellent 'Cue, Sal! Further proof that the PBC rises to the occasion all day, every day.

  8. Those were some mighty fine looking baby backs Sal. I love putting fruity flavors in my sauces for pork. I had no idea there was a Star Trek beer out there!!! I'm gonna have to be on the lookout for that company from NJ. Have a great weekend brother and Rock On!!!

Very interesting recipe for sure. I would try that rub out for sure, but not the raspberry sauce. Did you say Ginger? Everybody loves Ginger, but I was more partial to Mary Ann.
Maybe they should serve these ribs in the Drumlin Diner on Raider Night. Wooooooooo!!!!!!!!
A word of advice, never call your mother a synth, unless she really is one. Yikes!!!!
