  2. How did this turn out compared to Sculpin?
I had some Sculpin on tap in Brazil in 2014 or 2015 and it was mind-blowing, maybe the best IPA I've ever had, but I got a six pack in California in 2016 and it was a completely different beer, not even close to that marvellous beer I had in Brazil (which is really weird!). Do you guys know if they've changed the recipe?
    Nice video by the way!

  3. How did this turn out compared to Sculpin? I have tried to clone this 4 times and never come close. This recipe is very different.
I read that an ex ballast point worker shared this with you so I have hope! What say you? Is this it? If it is i'm going to dial it in. Great video! I am subscribed. BTW, I love when folks try to dial in clones. There is a market for it. I am a homebrewer not a brewer. I, like many, want to replicate beers from home that I love.

where are you getting the recipes for your clones?

  7. Johannes Reppin

do you do a starch test with iodine? 30 minutes seems quite short 🙂 also, what's your brewhouse efficiency?

  8. Hey guys, great video. I was wondering what amounts of hops you used on this brew because of the differences in the video and the list below it. In the video you used chinook and centinnial 60 min hops additions but in the list only chinook. I only ask because I am putting together an 11G version of the Sculpin. Also I am getting alot higher IBUs on Beersmith with these hop additions. 121 IBU's, if real that's awesome.

  9. I love sculpin great video guys just came across your channel and subscribed!

  10. Awesome brew day video!

  11. Great video guys!

  12. How long do you keep fermenting after the dry hops have been added? Just brewed it this past weekend and it smelled amazing!!

  13. 15-30min mash WHAT WHAT! Mind Blown 🙈
I'll have to try this on the higher side just to be safe.

  14. Love it!
